The Rotary Club of South Pasadena is a dynamic community of leaders, neighbors, and change-makers united in service, friendship, and purpose. Through hands-on service and bold partnerships, we advance positive peace, expand access to basic education and literacy, and protect the environment for future generations. By empowering youth, supporting vulnerable communities, and bridging divides, we create lasting impact - starting in South Pasadena and reaching across the globe.

February is Rotary’s Peacebuilding and Conflict Resolution Month. Peace is not abstract.  It is built through everyday actions, service, and how we show up for one another.

One powerful way to bring this message into the heart of South Pasadena is by creating a shared symbol of unity. A Rotary Peace Pole in South Pasadena would become a visible reminder of our shared values. Displaying “May Peace Prevail on Earth” in multiple languages, it would serve as a gathering point for reflection, school visits, youth programs, and community events - encouraging dialogue, empathy, and unity across generations and cultures. By creating this landmark, we affirm that South Pasadena chooses connection over division and cooperation over conflict. Let’s make peace visible.
