Taste of South Pasadena is the city’s signature food & wine celebration, bringing together our region’s most beloved chefs, restaurants, wineries, breweries, and artisans while supporting life-changing projects. A vibrant evening of taste and philanthropy all in support of local service and impact.

There is something magical that happens when a town gathers around food. Each spring, the Rotary Club of South Pasadena proudly hosts the Taste of South Pasadena — a beloved community tradition that turns our charming downtown into a joyful celebration of connection, flavor, and purpose. For one special evening, Mission Street and Fair Oaks Avenue come alive with neighbors strolling together, friends reconnecting, and families discovering new favorite dishes from the restaurants that make our city so unique. Local chefs, café owners, bakers, and beverage makers open their hearts (and kitchens) to share signature bites and sips with the community they serve every day

A Walk Through Our Town This isn’t just a tasting event, it’s a walk through the very spirit of South Pasadena. You’ll see familiar faces, You’ll meet new neighbors, You’ll celebrate the small businesses that define our local character. Live music fills the streets, volunteers greet you with smiles, and laughter carries from corner to corner. It’s relaxed, welcoming, and unmistakably ours.
